INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING

Personal data controller.

The administrator of personal data is Grażyna Grot-Duziak running a business under the name MiceExpert Grażyna Grot-Duziak with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. S. Kunickiego 41 A, 01-492 Warsaw, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP: 522 158 29 48.

Purposes and basics of processing

The data is processed when it is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract, or when the processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the controller – e.g. issuing invoices, or when processing is necessary for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator – e.g. pursuing claims directed to and by the Administrator. They may also be processed when they have been provided by another person, e.g. your employer or another entity has indicated you as a contact person in connection with the conclusion / performance of the contract (including your participation in the training organized by us), your data will be processed to the extent disclosed by this entity (standard name, surname, position, e-mail address and telephone number).

The data is also processed when the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes. The consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients of personal data

Recipients of personal data may only be entities, bodies that are authorized to receive them under the law. In addition, they may be transferred to processing entities that, on the basis of relevant data processing agreements signed with the Administrator, in accordance with art. 28 GDPR, they process data on behalf of and on behalf of the Administrator, e.g. providing hosting services by external suppliers. A separate category of recipients may be entities authorized to service deliveries or banks in the case of the necessity to conduct settlements.

Personal data is not transferred to a third country or an international organization.

Data storage period

Personal data will be stored for the duration of the purpose and for the period in which the law requires the storage of data or for the period of limitation of any claims.

Rights of data subjects

According to the GDPR, you are entitled to:

– the right to access your data and receive a copy of it;

– the right to rectify (correct) your data, if it is incorrect or out of date, as well as the right to delete it, if the data is not processed in order to fulfill an obligation resulting from a legal provision or in the exercise of public authority;

– the right to limit or object to data processing;

– the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
