I am an active member of the Association of Incentive Travel Organisers – SOIT.
During the 2018-2019 term I served as a member of the Board of Directors, and before that I served for many years on the Ethics Committee and the Audit Committee.
Since 2015, I have been a member of the Site Poland Association, where I have served on the Board since 2018. In 2020, I was elected President of the Association, now in my second term in this role.
My work and commitment to the industry gives me a lot of satisfaction.
I often participate as an expert in industry discussions and conferences at home and out of Poland.
I am also keen to support the new generation in our industry. I am a member of the Business Council of Vistula University and co-author of the Young Leaders Programme run by Site Poland. I also provide training and mentoring in two editions of this programme.

I have visited many countries, participated in business travel conferences, workshops, MICE fairs and study tours. Each such trip is a new experience, newly met people, new fascinating destinations, tourism products, emotions, and memories. I believe that getting to know the world, its diversity, and many colours, understanding other cultures and business, building good relationships is essential in the world of travel organization.
Travelling and meeting people brings a lot of positive feelings into my life, provides knowledge and new ideas.
I am impatient by nature, I quickly convert the energy of plans into energy of actions.
I derive great satisfaction from creating new projects, taking initiatives that change reality and the environment, are visible in the company and the industry. I am happy when other market stakeholders benefit from them.
After fourty years of working in tourism, organizing trips, managing a team and taking care of clients, I decided to leverage my knowledge of tourism in a different way and start my own consulting company.
I believe that my experience from numerous travels , activities in various organizations and knowledge of the Polish market, as well as my commitment and loyalty will be appreciated in the new chapter of my professional life.
After hours, I am a mother of three wonderful, adult children. I love working on my garden and enjoy staying at our lake house in the north of Poland. I enjoy learning and maybe experimenting or playing with social media tools?.
I find them useful, especially in tourism, as they make it easier to connect and get to know the world.
